Hi everyone. I don't usually insert too much of myself into this blog as I feel the Lord alone is worthy of our supreme focus. I would like to share a personal bit from my life which might help you understand my comments on AI. So here goes. I believe that the bible has spoken of this period of time in the book of Ezekiel where it says, "in the last days they that know God will be strong and do exploits". I received this scripture with some encouragement from a visiting speaker while in college. He was recognized as one of the main prophets in the Kansas City Church called Grace Ministries. I attended there with a professor from college after I was sent by my home church to work with gang kids in the inner city. I had visited Brother Larry Bridge on the mission field while serving with youth with a mission on their Mercy Ship. A few years later He invited me to come and pray for revival in Kansas City. Recently I found out that the speaker who I was convinced was a true prophet of God was a consultant to the CIA through their paranormal division; which if you know about this guy, it is pretty significant that He would be able to give prophetic ministry to the CIA. Any way that Guy had me stand up during his talk. He said that I was one of those written about in Ezekiel. So after looking at my life. I think he was on to something. If its true that People who know God personally can demonstrate through their lives proof of His intervention then it would make sense that this would be the best way to share his fame and glory with others. The passage says not only that they would do exploits but also that they would lead many to righteousness and shine like the stars of the heavens. The most significant thing about this passage to the topic of AI is the following from Dan 12:1 “At that time Michael, the great prince who protects your people, will arise. There will be a time of distress such as has not happened from the beginning of nations until then. But at that time your people—everyone whose name is found written in the book—will be delivered. 2 Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake: some to everlasting life, others to shame and everlasting contempt. 3 Those who are wise[a] will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever. 4 But you, Daniel, roll up and seal the words of the scroll until the time of the end. Many will go here and there to increase knowledge.”
Taking this passage as it was written we see that it is historical in its reference to the Kingdoms represented. Those facts which have been identified in the Historical record we know to be true and fulfilled. The events which are said to come in the future remain only partially fulfilled. The interesting thing is that the Prophet John picks up this same theme and describes the leader who would bring about the apocalypse. It is said in the 13th chapter of the Book of Revelation that He will die and then cause his image to come to life and speak. This is a reference which I believe is albout AI. Selah
